Sold Out: Nigel Clark of Dodgy Headlines Our Launch Night
By Rockbottoms Promotions, Tuesday, 24 March 2026
There are moments when you start something new and you hope people will get it. You hope they will feel the same excitement that you feel. So to see the very first Redditch Revival event sell out the day after tickets went on general release has honestly blown us away.
This is the one that starts it all, and we could not be more delighted that Nigel Clark of Dodgy will be stepping onto the stage for our launch night.
For Nigel, this is more than just another show. Born and raised in Headless Cross, his journey in music began right here, working in a local record shop at just fourteen. A few years later he picked up a guitar, co-founded Dodgy and went on to help define a whole era of British music. With huge hits like Good Enough, Staying Out for the Summer and If You're Thinking of Me, along with the success of the album Free Peace Sweet, the band became firm favourites across the UK. Appearances on Top of the Pops and performances at Glastonbury only cemented their place in Britpop history.
Since then Nigel has continued to build an incredible solo career, winning over audiences with his soulful voice, heartfelt songwriting and beautifully stripped back performances. And now, at a time when Dodgy are back with a brand new album and a full UK and Ireland tour, this feels like a genuinely rare moment. A chance to see Nigel in the most intimate way possible.
For one night only, he is coming home. Back to Headless Cross. Back to a room of just forty people at The Hart. No distance from the stage. No distractions. Just pure live music, up close and personal.
We are all counting down the days already. The atmosphere is going to be electric and it feels like the start of something really special. If this launch night is anything to go by, Redditch Revival is going to be one incredible journey.
